Welcome to AmericasChristianBookstore.com.   Our Story: In April of 1987 Jim and Linda Wirth opened a small Christian bookstore in Lockport, NY called the New Life Book & Gift Shoppe. In 1992, after graduating from Houghton College, their son Sean started working part time at the store and it wasn't long before he was given more responsibility and began managing the store. In 2003 they started selling the store's products on the internet. With his wife Erin, Sean purchased the business from his parents in December of 2006 and had it incorporated. In 2008 AmericasChristianBookstore.com was opened. Today, the New Life Book and Gift Shoppe, Inc. is still a family owned and operated business employing not only Sean, but also his brother Chad, and sister Angela. Linda still works part time paying the bills and Jim assists in various ways. By the grace of God the business continues to grow in uncertain times for the Christian retail genre.   Our Purpose: The purpose of AmericasChristianBookstore.com is to provide Christians in the United States with the largest selection of books and other Christian materials at the lowest cost possible. This is accomplished in 3 ways: 1. Purchasing products for the best price. 2. Automating and finding ways to continually improve systems. 3. Employing a help page, help ticket, and email customer service system instead of having a phone service system.
