When will I receive my order? Orders generally ship the next business day. If something you order is out of stock, we will email you to let you know when your order will ship out to you. Add however many days that is with the number of days from the shipping charts above to figure the number of business days your order will take to get to you. If your order ships the next business day, add one day to the charts above to figure out how long it will take for you to get your order.

What is a "business day"? A business day is Monday through Friday, not including the following holidays: New Year's day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. There are also other holidays the U.S. post office does not deliver on and some days UPS does not deliver on. Depending on how your order ships, these days may also lengthen the amount of time it takes for your order to arrive.

What if I need something faster than what UPS Ground or Priority Mail can deliver? We do not offer expedited shipping options on our website because some of the products are not in stock. We wouldn't want you to pay $40 to have something overnighted and then have to wait 10 days for us to ship it out because we didn't have it in stock.

How do I change what's in my shopping cart? Click "View Shopping Cart" in the top menu bar on the top of the page. Once you do this you will be able to remove or change quantities of anything in your shopping cart. To remove an item click the gray "remove" box to the left of the product code. To change quantities, type in the quantity you want in the box to the right of the product name, then click "update."

Does AmericasChristianBookstore.com charge sales tax? We are not required to collect sales tax from you if you are outside of New York State and no sales tax will be added to your order. If you are in NY and you have a tax exempt certificate, please type your tax exempt # in the comments/special instructions section of the checkout process and immediately after placing your order, fax or email us your tax exempt certificate. If you have sent us a tax exempt certificate in the past, you do not have to send it again unless the church name, address, or exempt number have changed. My credit card was declined but I know that my credit card is good. What should I do? AmericasChristianBookstore.com uses PayPal to process credit cards. PayPal takes many precautions to make sure credit cards are not fraudulent. Although this is good, sometimes this strictness can decline a good card. If this happens to you try again and make sure you enter your name and address exactly the way it appears on your credit card statement. If your card is still declined, you may want to contact the credit card issuer as sometimes they decline large internet sales to protect their customers. If these two suggestions do not help, you may want to try another credit card. -top-
Did my order go through? How do I know? The last page of the order process will have an invoice number and state "Your order is now completed..." You will also receive a confirmation email shortly after your order is completed. -top-
Can I cancel an order? Sometimes. If you email us or contact us via help ticket immediately we may be able to catch the order before it is processed. Once the order has shipped, however, you will have to return the package back to us and it will be handled as a return. See our return policy.

Do I really get paid for all orders that go through my website? Yes, except for the following exceptions: When a shopper enters our website through your Affiliate Link, a temporary "cookie" is placed on their computer which tracks the transaction if they make a purchase. If the shopper has "cookies" disabled on their computer for some reason, the affiliation will not be tracked and you will not receive a commission for that sale. What is AmericasChristianBookstore.com's return policy? Please read this entire policy before returning products. We accept returns on almost everything in our catalog. We do not, however, accept returns on special orders not listed on our website, and customized or personalized items, unless received defective. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Ship returns to: AmericasChristianBookstore.com, in c/o New Life Book & Gift Shoppe, 69 S. Transit St., Lockport, NY 14094. Please include a copy of your order or the order # in the box. A return authorization is not neccessary. Do not return products COD. COD returns will not be accepted. Once we receive your return in new, saleable condition with all original tags, shrinkwrap, boxes, etc. in place we will credit your credit card for the purchase price of the item. If an item arrives to you defective or damaged return the product to us within 14 days and we will send you a replacement. Return Policy for Vacation Bible School & Quarterly Sunday School Curriculum: Some Augsburg Fortress VBS items are not returnable and are noted as such in the product's title and description. For everything else, the following policy applies: All current year Vacation Bible School curriculum is 100% returnable if received in our warehouse by the following dates: Starter kits are returnable if received by July 16th of the current year, or within 30 days, whichever is in your favor. For example, if you purchase a starter kit on Feb. 6th, it is 100% returnable as long as we receive it by July 16th. If you purchase a starter kit on July 2nd, it is 100% returnable if we receive it by August 2nd. All other VBS items, not including starter kits are 100% returnable if received in our warehouse by September 1st of the current year. Quarterly Sunday School Curriculum is 100% returnable if received in our warehouse by the following dates, or 30 days after purchase, whichever is in your favor: Fall quarter- November 1st, Winter quarter- February 1st, Spring quarter- May 1st, Summer quarter- August 1st. -top-
Can you bill my church or can I put an order on account? At this time we are unable to bill you or put orders on account. If you do not want to use a credit card, we do accept other forms of payment. -top-
Does AmericasChristianBookstore.com have a catalog? Our website is our catalog. Printing a paper catalog would be cost prohibitive and we update our products weekly, sometimes daily.

What if my order arrives incorrectly or damaged? If there is a problem with your order you must notify us within 2 weeks of delivery. If a product is damaged, an item is missing, or we made some other mistake with your order, email us at service@americaschristianbookstore.com or fill out a help ticket and we'll take care of it for you.

How can AmericasChristianBookstore.com charge less than publishers or other websites? AmericasChristianBookstore.com is a website managed by our christian bookstore in Lockport, NY. We receive a wholesale discount because we are a bookstore. We also buy in large quantities to get better deals.

Generally, the prices we have listed are already pretty low, usually the lowest around and we aren't able to give additional discounts. What Sunday School curriculum quarter is shipping right now? Right now the quarter is shipping. If you order Sunday School Curriculum between October 1st and December 31st you will receive Winter Curriculum. If you order between January 1st and March 31st you will receive Spring Curriculum. If you order between April 1st and June 30th you will receive Summer Curriculum. If you order between July 1st and September 30th you will receive Fall Curriculum. Quarters run through the following dates: Fall begins the first Sunday in September and ends the last Sunday in November, Winter begins the first Sunday in December and ends on the last Sunday in February, Spring begins on the first Sunday in March and ends on the last Sunday in May, Summer begins on the first Sunday in June and ends on the last Sunday in August. -top-
